Welcome to 8:28 Management—a company born from brokenness, built on boldness, and fueled by faith. What started as a conversation between two women in a church regeneration class has grown into a powerful partnership and a purpose-driven business.
Gentry Harper and Kim Rodden didn’t plan to build a company together. But God did. Their bond formed through shared experiences, vulnerability, and a calling to serve others with the lessons they learned through hardship, perseverance, and unwavering trust in God's timing.
Inspired by Romans 8:28—“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him”—they launched 8:28 Management as a living example of how God can turn pain into purpose and mess into mission.
Meet Gentry
A wife, mother of four daughters, and a seasoned leader, Gentry brings over two decades of experience in executive operations and financial strategy. From her years as a Chief Operating Officer in the nonprofit healthcare world to serving as a Corporate Controller in the for-profit construction space, she has led teams, turned around businesses, and mentored rising leaders. Gentry's passion lies in helping others rise into their God-given calling through stewardship, structure, and service.
Meet Kim
Kim is a creative entrepreneur, mother of four, and a natural-born problem solver. With a background in business office management, she’s built and run multiple companies—from a thriving cleaning business to a product-based startup. Her gift lies in creating order from chaos, managing financial systems, and breathing fresh vision into every client she serves. She leads with heart, hustle, and a determination to see others win.
