Cancellation Policy

At 8:28 Management, we value your time and commitment to working with us. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we have established the following booking and cancellation policies: Booking Appointments All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance via our online booking system or by contacting our office directly. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking, which will include the date, time, and details of your appointment. For appointments requiring a deposit or pre-payment, payment must be completed at the time of booking. Rescheduling and Cancellations Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service fee. No-Shows: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a full service fee charge. Emergency Cancellations We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel within 24 hours due to a personal emergency, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We will assess cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis in these situations. Late Arrivals If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on our schedule, we may be able to accommodate a late start, but your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will be treated as a no-show.
